What We Provide

Customized training for interpreters developing specialized skills and for organizations improving their accessibility practices — designed and led by Christopher Tester, Ph.D., and offered in International Sign, American Sign Language (ASL), and British Sign Language (BSL).

Every session is built around what participants can do afterward. Depending on the program, participants leave able to:

Mentoring

Mentoring & Skills Development

Beyond formal workshops, we run structured mentoring opportunities for newer interpreters across each of the areas we work in. Mentorship is paired with real assignments where possible — combining instruction with applied practice.

The goal is to enhance skills in our practice areas while expanding the pipeline of qualified interpreters in the field, particularly for Deaf and BIPOC interpreters whose contributions strengthen the profession.

    Pairing emerging interpreters with experienced practitioners on real conference assignments, with structured pre-event preparation and post-event debriefs.
